The Wilson Standard Experience
A warm & welcoming therapy approach.
I started my therapy practice to normalize therapy and offer an outlet that might be different than a typical counseling office. My goal is for you to walk through my doors and feel the embrace of a warm and welcoming environment where you feel comfortable.
How I can help
Life can get stressful and challenging. Sometimes things happen, and we need professional guidance to help us move forward. That’s where I come in. I help clients overcome hurdles like anxiety, feeling stuck, communication issues, finding balance, and relationship issues. I see teens who are struggling with anxiety, friendship/family issues, school issues, and fitting in.
My approach to each client is personalized, interactive and relaxed. I meet clients wherever they are in their journey to provide a comfortable space for us to meet their goals. Needing professional help is totally normal, although not often discussed. I’m proud of you for taking the step towards therapy. We can do this together, and you are not alone!

I accept cash and credit cards at the time of the appointment. I do not bill insurance, however, I can provide you with a superbill at the end of each month that you can submit to your insurance company. If you want to see if your insurance company allows this, you can call the number on the back of your insurance card to inquire about your 'out-of-network' therapy benefits and learn how to submit an out-of-network reimbursement claim.
